Jarrod Greene

Jarrod Greene is the Director of Ambulatory Services at UPMC Pinnacle, where they focus on operational excellence and sustainable healthcare management. With a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification, Jarrod has successfully streamlined processes and implemented effective change management strategies to improve patient experiences. Previously, they held roles as an Adjunct Professor at both Kaplan University and Hagerstown Community College, and served as the Regional Administrative Director of Cardiology at Geisinger Holy Spirit. Jarrod's educational background includes an AS in Allied Health, a BS in Healthcare Management, and a Master's degree in Healthcare Management for Sustainability.
