Johnathan Jackson

Johnathan Jackson is an experienced project management professional currently serving as the Director of the Project Management Office for EHR Transformation at UPMC since August 2019. In this role, Johnathan leads a newly established PMO, overseeing the EPIC EHR transformation that affects over 75,000 users across 40 hospitals and 800 care delivery sites. Prior experience includes directing project management for M&A at UPMC and managing the IT Project Management Office at Penn State Health, where significant contributions were made to the migration to Cerner’s revenue cycle. Additionally, Johnathan taught Project Management at Harrisburg University and operated a consulting firm, providing project, program, and portfolio management services. With a foundational background in eCommerce project management at PSECU and a strong educational background in Information Systems Engineering & Management and Computer and Information Sciences from Harrisburg University, Johnathan has a comprehensive skill set in leading diverse project initiatives.
