Joseph Losee

Joseph Losee, MD, MBA, is the co-founder and president of ClarityMEDStrategies, a consulting company dedicated to empowering healthcare professionals through coaching, mediation, and leadership development. As Vice Dean for Faculty Affairs at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, they remain active in both clinical and academic settings. Joseph holds the Dr. Ross H. Musgrave Endowed Chair of Pediatric Plastic Surgery and has a distinguished history as Chief of Pediatric Plastic Surgery at UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh, where they built a national reputation for innovation and mentorship. They are also involved in the Physician Wellbeing Initiative at UPMC and teach in the Executive MBA–Healthcare program.
