Joy Gero is an experienced healthcare professional with a focus on population health and improvement. Currently serving as the Director of Population Health and Improvement at UPMC since February 2019, Joy has also held the position of Program Manager for LGBTQIA+ Health Quality and Program Director for General Adult and Behavioral Health Intensive Care Units at UPMC.
