Julia Snyder is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership, research, and community service. Currently serving as a Hesselbein Fellow at The Frances Hesselbein Leadership Institute since August 2019, Julia engages in workshops and mentorship focused on civic engagement and service leadership. Julia has also been an Undergraduate Research Assistant at UPMC since January 2018, contributing to psychiatric and neuroscience research through data analysis and tissue imaging. As a recipient of the Stamps Scholarship, Julia has demonstrated a strong commitment to community service and leadership development, organizing conferences and participating in national conventions. Additional experience includes serving as an Assistant Project Coordinator for ADVANCE AFRICAN DEVELOPMENT INC, implementing educational programs, and as an Engineering Ambassador at the University of Pittsburgh. Julia holds a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from the University of Pittsburgh, earned in 2020.
