Katelyn Hess

Katelyn Hess is an experienced professional in the field of training and quality assurance, currently serving as the Manager of Training and Quality Assurance Scheduling at UPMC since January 2020. With a background that includes roles such as Systems Analyst - Intermediate and Manager of Application Management at UPMC from March 2014 to January 2019, Katelyn has developed expertise in patient access management and technical training. Prior experience includes serving as a Training Specialist at Community Care Behavioral Health Organization and coaching basketball at Steel Valley School District, where Katelyn also worked as a substitute teacher. Katelyn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from PennWest California, earned between 2005 and 2009.
