Kendyl Grant, MHA, is the Director of Operations for Women’s Health at UPMC, where they focus on enhancing patient experiences through technological advancements. Kendyl holds a Master of Health Administration from Cornell University and previously earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from the University of Tampa. With extensive experience in both healthcare and administrative roles, Kendyl has demonstrated exceptional leadership in managing teams and improving operational efficiency. They are dedicated to addressing systemic disparities in healthcare, utilizing their strong critical thinking and communication skills developed through past positions with organizations such as Florida Health and Asociación Por Ti Mujer.
