Leah Franklin

Leah Franklin, MBA, currently serves as the Workforce Development Manager at UPMC, a position held since June 2022, where responsibilities include cultivating and managing relationships with community education partners to enhance employment, advancement, and educational opportunities in the healthcare sector. Prior to this, Leah held roles as a Health Administration Fellow at Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health and as a Marketing Coordinator and Talent Acquisition Coordinator. Leah Franklin earned a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Health Care Administration from Lebanon Valley College, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the same institution.
