Lori Shutter

Lori Shutter is the Director of Neurocritical Care and Vice Chair of Education in Critical Care Medicine at UPMC, a position held since 2012. Previously, Lori served as a physician at the University of Cincinnati from 2003 to 2012 and at Loma Linda University Medical Center from 1999 to 2003. Earlier in their career, Lori was a physical therapist at Emory University from 1982 to 1990. They earned their MD from Emory University School of Medicine from 1986 to 1990 after completing a BHS in Physical Therapy at the University of Florida in 1981.
