Lorraine Brock, RN, MSN, has over four decades of experience in nursing and healthcare management. Currently serving as the Director of Digital Patient Engagement at UPMC since February 2006, Lorraine collaborates with IT and clinical operational leaders to enhance patient experiences through digital solutions. Prior roles include Director of Workforce Management at UPMC, focusing on staffing and scheduling strategies in the Center for Nursing Excellence and Innovation, as well as various leadership positions in nursing recruitment and professional development at UPMC Shadyside. Lorraine earned a Master's Degree in Nursing and a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from Chatham University, complemented by a Nursing Diploma from UPMC Shadyside School of Nursing.
