Mark Hudson, MD, MBA, is the Executive Vice Chairman of the University of Pittsburgh Department of Anesthesiology and the Executive Director of Anesthesia Services at UPMC Health System, roles they have held since 2014 and 2015, respectively. They served as the Chairman of the Department of Anesthesiology at UPMC-Shadyside Hospital from 2000 to 2007 and have been an integral part of the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center as a cardiothoracic anesthesiologist since 1993. Hudson earned their MD from Jefferson Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University and holds an MBA from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville.
