Mark Simon

Mark Simon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition and HR Innovation & Experience at UPMC since August 2005, Mark leads a dynamic team focused on celebrating employees, enhancing organizational culture, and fostering a positive environment. Prior roles at UPMC include Director of HR Innovation & Experience and Assistant Director of Talent Acquisition, as well as a position as a Recruiter. Mark began a career in the field at National City Bank as a Corporate Trainer and held previous roles at Aerotek as an Account Manager and Recruiter. Mark earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Pittsburgh in 1999.
