Matthew Buck

Matthew Buck is a civil engineering professional with a solid academic background, holding a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Technology from Pennsylvania College of Technology and an Executive MBA from Villanova School of Business. Beginning a career at Halliburton as Service Supervisor and progressing to roles including Field Service Manager and Service Leader, Matthew contributed significantly to the field. An engineering intern at Larson Design Group focused on bridge design, followed by a role as Engineer I at AECOM, involved assisting in the design of stormwater and erosion & sedimentation controls. Currently serving at UPMC as Manager of Administrative Facilities Planning and Project Director, Matthew continues to leverage skills in construction management and project oversight.
