Michael Ost

Michael Ost is currently a Professor of Urology at the University of Pittsburgh, where they also serve as Assistant Dean and Director of Pediatric Surgery Outreach for Children's Hospital of UPMC. They completed a fellowship in Endourology, Laparoscopy, and Robotic Surgery at Northwell Health from 2004 to 2006, and a fellowship in Pediatric Urology at Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh from 2006 to 2007. Michael has held several leadership positions, including Associate Chief of Pediatric Surgical Services at WVU Medicine from 2017 to 2018. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Anthropology and a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Michigan and Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, respectively, as well as an MBA from the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
