Molly Leber is currently the Associate Director of Drug Use Policy, Procurement and Strategic Sourcing. Previously, they served as the Director of Business Operations and Procurement at UPMC starting in 2025. Molly has an extensive background in clinical pharmacy, having held the position of Clinical Pharmacy Specialist at YNHH from 2003 to 2011 and later as Clinical Pharmacy Coordinator at Yale New Haven Hospital from 2011 to 2014. They advanced to become the Associate Director of Drug Use Policy and Formulary Management at Yale New Haven Health from 2019 to 2022.
