Monica Lee

Monica Lee is an experienced professional in diversity and equity, currently serving as the Manager of Diversity Learning at UPMC since January 2023. Prior to this role, Monica held several positions at the Allegheny County Department of Human Services, including Equity Program Manager and Applied Learning and Development Specialist from December 2018 to January 2023. Additional experience includes serving as Quality and Data Management Supervisor at the Macedonia Family & Community Enrichment Center from December 2016 to December 2018, and as Bridging the Gap Director at The Salvation Army from February 2013 to December 2016. Monica began a career in education as a Long Term Substitute Teacher at Pittsburgh Public Schools from December 2010 to February 2013. Monica holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) from the University of Pittsburgh.
