Neko Lam

Neko (Tran) Lam, MS, RDN, LDN, CNSC, is a clinical dietitian currently at UPMC, where they assess critically ill patients and develop optimal care plans. Neko holds a Master of Science in Dietetics from Marywood University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Minnesota, where they achieved a 4.0 GPA. Their professional experience spans various roles in nutrition and dietetics, focusing on diabetes and gastrointestinal conditions, as well as promoting cultural food awareness and intuitive eating. Neko's passion for food stems from their family background, and they have been recognized for their leadership and academic achievements throughout their educational journey. In their free time, Neko enjoys watching cat videos and baking.
