Rob Miller has extensive experience in user experience design and information architecture, having held key roles at several organizations since the late 1990s. They served as a Senior Solutions Architect at Elliance from 2004 to 2007, followed by positions at UPMC, where they currently direct a team focused on digital technology services. Previously, Rob managed UX teams at Thermo Fisher Scientific and EFI, contributing to significant IT projects and improving usability processes. Additionally, Rob is pursuing advanced degrees at the University of Pittsburgh, Bennington College, and Rollins College in the fields of music composition and electronic music.
