Samir Saba

Co-Director of the Heart and Vascular Institute

Samir Saba, MD, received a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and a Medical degree from the American University of Beirut. They completed residency training in Internal Medicine and fellowships in Cardiovascular Diseases and Cardiac Electrophysiology at Tufts University – New England Medical Center. Samir joined the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center as an Assistant Professor and advanced to roles including Division Chief of Cardiology and Co-Director of the Heart and Vascular Institute. They are an active clinician and researcher specializing in cardiac electrophysiology.
