Sean Spence is a Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon currently employed at Advanced Orthopedic Center since October 2021. Additionally, Sean holds a position as an Upper Extremity and Hand Surgery Fellow at UPMC, a role commenced in August 2020 following an accredited one-year subspecialty training in surgery of the upper extremity. Prior to these roles, Sean completed an Orthopaedic Surgery Residency at the University of South Florida from 2015 to July 2020 and earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine between August 2011 and April 2015.
