Serena McBride

Serena McBride is a seasoned Sr. Human Resources Consultant who has honed their skills through diverse roles in the field. They began their career as a Travel Agent Intern at Greater Pittsburgh Travel Agency before progressing to HR internships at Data Recognition Corporation and Towers Watson. Serena served as a Human Resources Generalist at Wabtec Corporation and UPMC, managing recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. They hold an Associate degree in Travel and Tourism Administration from Pittsburgh Technical College and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Human Resources from PennWest Clarion.
