Sreeja Sunkara is a freshman at the University of Pittsburgh pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Currently, Sreeja serves as an undergraduate researcher at UPMC Mercy's Vision Institute, focusing on the ocular disease retinitis pigmentosa and utilizing zebrafish as a model organism. Prior to this role, Sreeja worked as a products photographer and editor at Prestige Fragrances Inc, overseeing product photography for marketing and managing related paperwork. Sreeja completed a high school diploma at Montgomery High School in 2025.
