Susan Bell

Susan Bell is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in nursing and clinical informatics. They held roles ranging from Director of Nursing at West Penn Allegheny Health System to their current position as Director of Clinical Operations, Informatics at UPMC, where they oversee the implementation and evaluation of the Electronic Health Record system. Previously, they served as a Senior Clinical Account Manager at Vocollect by Honeywell, managing high-revenue accounts and providing clinical consulting services. Susan earned a Registered Nursing Diploma from Western Pennsylvania Hospital School of Nursing, a Master’s in Nursing Administration from Waynesburg College, and is pursuing a BSN at Penn State University.
