Tania Silva is a seasoned professional in graduate medical education (GME) compliance and administration, currently serving as the Director of GME Compliance & Institutional Certification at UPMC since September 2016. Previously, Tania held various roles at Orlando Health, including GME Manager Compliance & Administration and Program Coordinator, where responsibilities involved managing fellowship programs and ensuring adherence to ACGME requirements.
