Teun Teunis is currently an Assistant Professor of Plastic Surgery at UPMC. They previously served as a Plastic Surgeon and Clinical Instructor at UPMC in 2022. Teun held a PhD Research Fellow position at Massachusetts General Hospital from 2013 to 2014 and completed residency programs in General Surgery and Plastic Surgery at Onze Lieve Vrouwe Gasthuis and UMC Utrecht, respectively. Additionally, they were the Founder and Head of Decision Aid Development at PATIENT+ from 2014 to 2021.
