Thomas Hoy

Thomas Hoy serves as the Administrative Director of Neuroscience and Rehabilitation at UPMC Susquehanna since March 2013, overseeing six physician practices and a certified 30-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit, among other services. Previously, Thomas held the role of Interim Vice President of Operations, providing executive oversight for various healthcare services across Northcentral Pennsylvania. Prior experience includes serving as the Chief Clinical Officer and Director of Therapy Operations at Geisinger Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital, where responsibilities encompassed operational oversight and strategic planning across clinical areas. Thomas began a career in physical therapy after earning a Master's degree from the University of Scranton and later attained a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Temple University.
