Tim Holt

Tim Holt is an experienced human resources executive currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources for the UPMC Insurance Services Division since December 2022. Prior to this role, Tim held various positions within UPMC, including Senior Director of Human Resources for the Insurance Services Division from March 2017 to December 2022 and Vice President of Human Resources for the Physician Services Division from January 2007 to May 2013. Tim has also worked with UPMC Health Plan as Director of Human Resources and Manager of Human Resources. Earlier career experience includes serving as Human Resource Manager at The Home Depot from October 2002 to January 2007. Tim Holt earned a Bachelor of Science degree in General Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
