Toni Silva

Toni Silva is an experienced administrator specializing in business and program development, supplier relations, and diversity. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Supplier Relations at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, Toni has been instrumental in providing strategic direction to the Supplier Diversity Program and leading various initiatives since 2006. Previously, Toni held the position of VP and Manager of Supplier Diversity at The PNC Financial Services Group, Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing business interactions with Minority, Women-owned, and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises across multiple states. Toni holds a BSIS in Information Science and an MSW in Administration from the University of Pittsburgh.
