Josh Hilty

Josh Hilty has a diverse range of work experience. Josh started their career as an Outside Sales Representative at Valley Steel & Wire in 2020, where they managed a geographical territory, collaborated with clients to increase product offerings, and created bids and proposals for commercial projects. In 2021, they moved on to become an Account Executive at Capital Business Systems, Inc., where they consulted with businesses to set up technology services and managed an assigned geographical territory. Josh expanded client spend and acquired new business to grow the territory. In 2022, Josh took on the role of an Associate Commercial Director at Info-Tech Research Group. In this position, they managed the entire sales cycle, conducted discovery and proposal calls to C-Level Executives, and created tailored complex solutions for clients. Currently, they are a Business Development Representative at UpMetrics, starting in 2023.

Josh Hilty attended Buena Vista University from 2014 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Recording Arts and Music Business.
