John Hendricks

Onsite Technician

John Hendricks has extensive experience in technical support, currently serving as an Onsite Technician and previously as a Desktop Support Technician at Uponor since January 2018. Prior roles include Virtual Desktop Technician at Assurant from April 2010 to October 2017, where responsibilities involved troubleshooting software and hardware issues, building virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), and managing server and printer problems. Earlier experience also includes working as a Computer Operator, which involved monitoring batch processing and performing tape library duties on IBM mainframe systems.
