Michal Vimr has extensive experience in leadership and management roles, primarily within Uponor since January 2008, serving as Director for multiple categories including Energy Distribution and Global Installation, as well as Director of Product Marketing for LHD. Vimr has been instrumental in the development of local heat distribution products in Europe and has also held the position of Managing Director and Proxy for the Uponor-owned factory in the Czech Republic, overseeing production and sales of pre-insulated pipe systems. Previous experience includes serving as Manufacturing Planning Manager at Siemens VDO Automotive and Head of Research & Development Department at Protherm s.r.o. Michal Vimr holds a Dipl Ing degree in Environmental Engineering from Czech Technical University in Prague.
