Ross Masias

Ross Masias is an experienced Electrical Controls Engineer with a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Minnesota State University, Mankato. Currently employed at Uponor since April 2021, Ross collaborates with multi-disciplined teams to commission new product lines and enhance equipment through AI model development for defect recognition. Prior experience includes a role at Design Ready Controls, where Ross developed industrial control products and automated generation systems, as well as internships at Abacus Engineering and Itron, focusing on building power systems and smart metering firmware, respectively.
