Cameron Tan

Cameron Tan has over 15 years of professional experience in the fields of design, content creation, and writing. In 2022, they joined UPowr as the Head of Design. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at Atlassian, where they held the roles of Senior Content Designer and Content Designer. From 2016 to 2019, they worked as an Advisor at The Behavioural Insights Team, where they led user research and designed and created trial materials. They worked at MullenLowe Profero from 2011 to 2016, where they held the roles of Senior Copywriter and Senior Copywriter. From 2007 to 2008, they worked at Eigobin English School as an English Language Teacher. In 2008, they worked at Learn Now Publications as a Textbook Writer & Editor. From 2005 to 2007, they worked as a Freelance Writer for various magazines.

Cameron Tan completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Psychology from the University of New South Wales (UNSW) between 2002 and 2005. In 2016, they obtained a BE101x: Behavioural Economics in Action certification from edX in February. From 2010 to present, Cameron has attended AWARD School Sydney. In 2017, they completed a User Experience Design course at Academy Xi.
