Ivy Lu

Ivy Lu has a broad range of work experience, beginning in 2013 as a Senior Tutor at Dr Du Coaching College. In 2015, they took on a Research Assistant role at UNSW, followed by a Biomechanical Engineering Intern role at Bespoke Medical Innovations in 2016. In 2018, they worked as a Biomedical Repair Technician at Stryker, a Mechanical Engineering Demonstrator at UNSW, and an R&D and Regulatory Engineer at Signature Orthopaedics. In 2019, they joined IAG as a Viability (Commercial & Ops) Specialist and Venture Architect. In 2021, they became a Fellow at Startmate, and in 2022 they began working as Head of Product (Platform), Product Manager, and Operations Manager at UPowr.

Ivy Lu attended North Sydney Girls High School from 2008 to 2013, where they obtained their Higher School Certificate. Ivy then attended UNSW from 2014 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering and a Masters in Biomedical Engineering, both in the field of Biomedical/Medical Engineering.
