Andy Lam

Andy Lam is a Senior Transaction Manager at University Partnerships Programme since March 2016, overseeing DBFO schemes with funding requirements around £130 million. Previously, Andy served as a Bid Leader at Kier Construction Ltd. from 2014 to March 2016, focusing on primary and secondary school delivery and commercial projects in Central London. As a Bid Manager at Balfour Beatty Investments from March 2009 to July 2014, Andy led multi-disciplinary teams through PFI and D&B projects.
