Upper 90 has evolved during this time, beginning with a strict focus on LED lighting solutions. We have expanded our offerings to include all types of facility and infrastructure improvements. Our three core principles have propelled Upper 90 to the forefront of the energy efficiency contracting industry in Wisconsin. We also offer flexible contracting options, where the costs associated with construction risk can be absorbed and mitigated by other parties—instead of entirely by one party (Upper 90). This flexibility reduces the overall project cost and is not typically offered by larger firms.
