We launched Upper in 2019 to cut through the marketing noise and focus on what truly matters: real, measurable growth. Tired of empty buzzwords and overhyped “solutions,” we set out to build a different kind of team—one that values direct, effective strategies over flashy gimmicks.

Founded by three partners with backgrounds in entrepreneurship, marketing, bizdev, and tech—Raviv, Rotem, and Or combine their strengths to offer complete growth solutions. No scattered services or one-size-fits-all promises—just a straightforward approach that helps businesses reach and exceed their goals.

Every day, we’re driven by a passion to see our clients grow. No drama, no filler—just results that speak for themselves. That’s the Upper way.
