Bill Vance is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in business development and management across multiple technology-focused companies. As President of Upper Quadrant since October 2002, Bill Vance is responsible for new client development and executive management, focusing on improving marketing and budgeting effectiveness through a cloud-based application suite. Prior to this role, Bill Vance served as Executive Vice President of Business Development at Sitel, where significant revenue growth was achieved in the Technology and Telecommunications Division. Bill Vance co-founded Support Systems Developers Inc., realizing 100% annual revenue growth, and held the position of General Manager at Microdyne, growing the division to over 320 employees. Early in Bill Vance's career, strong sales performance was demonstrated as Regional Sales Manager at GENICOM, delivering over 200% sales growth annually.
