Mihai Hahui has extensive work experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. Mihai is currently working as the Head of Recruitment at UPPER, a managed freelancer platform that connects top developers, designers, and product managers with companies. Prior to this, Mihai was the Head of Talent Acquisition at Scopely. Mihai also held positions at Amdaris, where they served as the Head of Recruitment and Recruitment Manager, and at Opus Recruitment Solutions as a Recruitment Consultant. Mihai's background also includes a role as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Robert Half Technology. Additionally, they co-founded organicwine.co, an online B2B marketplace for organic wine professionals. Mihai's expertise lies in managing the end-to-end recruitment process across various sectors such as software development, testing, quality assurance, infrastructure, and more.

Mihai Hahui obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Petrosani. Mihai attended this university from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations and PR from Danubius University, which they attended from 2012 to 2015.
