Victor Cazacu

Victor Cazacu has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities. Victor is currently the Founder and CEO of UPPER, a position they have held since October 2019. Before that, they co-founded and served as Managing Director of MVP Factory, a company focused on reinventing software development for companies and engineers. Victor held this role from June 2016 to August 2019.

Prior to their work at MVP Factory, Victor was the Chief Product Officer at Voya from August 2015 to November 2016. Victor also founded and served as Product Owner of Snappy - Snapshots the smart way from March 2014 to November 2016.

Earlier in their career, Victor worked as the Head of Digital (CTO) Romania at Grey Group from June 2009 to November 2011. Victor started their career as a self-employed individual, focusing on heavy software engineering across multiple technologies. Victor co-founded an interactive agency during their university years, helping it grow to 30 people before selling their stake.
