Billy Libby is currently the CEO at Upper90. Prior to that, they were Managing Director - Electronic Trading Group at Virtu Financial from September 2011 to June 2013. In this role, they were responsible for strategy and product development across asset classes for high frequency client market making and principal trading businesses.

From April 2014 to April 2018, Billy was Head of Quantitative Execution and Market Making Sales at Goldman Sachs. In this role, they were responsible for quantitative execution and client market making sales. Billy also worked closely with Fintech companies through Goldman Sachs's principal strategic investments group.

Prior to that, Billy worked as an Associate - Electronic Trading at Goldman Sachs from June 2003 to February 2007. Billy was part of business development team that focused on all electronic trading initiatives at Goldman Sachs. Billy was also responsible for SIGMA-X and SIGMA primarily.

Billy started their career as a Summer Intern at The White House from May 2000 to September 2000. Billy then went on to become Director - Electronic Trading at Barclays Capital from February 2007 to September 2011.

Before joining Virtu Financial, they were a Summer Associate at ING Investment Banking from May 2002 to September 2002.

Billy Libby attended the University of Pennsylvania - The Wharton School, where they earned a B.S. in Economics and Business Management. Billy then attended The Landon School.
