Michael Graver

Michael Graver currently serves as the Head of Investor Relations at Upper90, a third vintage General Partner specializing in senior secured, asset-backed credit for growth companies since April 2025. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of Partner at Mercury Capital Advisors from September 2022 to March 2025, focusing on private funds and co-investment advisory across venture capital, private equity, private credit, and real assets. Michael's experience also includes serving as Senior Director at Republic Capital, where responsibilities encompassed investments in growth-stage FinTech and DeepTech platforms. Previously, Michael was the Director of Business Development at ShareNett, an entity spun out of Raptor Group, and worked as a Principal at CircleUp, which focuses on early-stage consumer product and technology investments. Michael began a career at JPMorgan, where a tenure of nearly nine years included roles in equity research, institutional sales, and capital markets. Michael earned a B.A. in Finance from Saint Anselm College.
