Mike Sobo

Mike Sobo is an experienced editor with a comprehensive background in film and commercial production. Currently serving as an Editor at Uppercut since June 2021, Sobo previously held editorial positions at Lost Planet Editorial from January 2015 to June 2021 and worked as a Director and Editor in a freelance capacity from April 2013 to December 2014, specializing in commercials, short films, and branded content. Prior roles include Creative/Lead Editor at Mother, where Sobo managed a team and edited various media, and Editor at Greencard Pictures, focusing on broadcast spots and corporate pieces. Sobo also contributed as the Editor for the first season of the IFC Original Series Food Party and worked as a freelance editor with notable clients. Sobo holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Film/TV Production from New York University.
