Anu Parekh

Anu Parekh is the Co-Founder of Uproot and the Managing Partner of Parekh Spice, a family-owned spice wholesale trading business. Anu has experience as the Head of Marketing at United Kitchen Concepts LTD, Wakira Investments, and Nando's. Additionally, Anu worked as an Account Manager at DDB and as a Client Service Executive at Nielsen India. Anu holds a Post Graduate degree in Sales and Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode.
