Ajit Sidhu is the CEO and Founder of EmployerLens.com, a hiring intelligence platform launched in January 2025 that assists small business owners in making informed hiring decisions through verified employee reviews. Previous experience includes roles as a Product Manager at First Republic Bank from October 2018 to March 2022 and Senior Business Systems Analyst at both Bank of America and First Republic Bank. Ajit also served as a Senior Business Analyst at Wells Fargo from February 2015 to August 2016. Ajit holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Santa Clara University.
