Carlos E. Maxwell

Carlos E. Maxwell is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in e-commerce, retail, and financial services. As the owner of KEMCO Enterprise, LLC since May 2023, Carlos has focused on e-commerce and retail sales. Additionally, Carlos has owned and operated two UPS Store locations since January 2015, providing a wide range of consumer services, including shipping, printing, and mail services. As the founder of Vision Chasers LLC, Carlos specializes in coaching organizations through transitions and implementing project management solutions. Previous experience includes roles as an independent consultant and various positions at JPMorgan Chase and Aon, where Carlos honed expertise in credit analysis and financial risk management. Carlos holds a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership and Political Science from Roosevelt University, along with certificates in Project Management and Organizational Leadership.
