Kuljit Kaur

Kuljit Kaur, MBA, is an experienced professional in the air cargo and customer service sectors, currently serving as the Head of Customer Service U.S. East at Swiss WorldCargo since February 2016. Kaur has expertise in client relationship management, sales, and business development, having held positions such as Senior Account Executive and Inside Sales and Operations. Additionally, as a Franchise Owner of The UPS Store since January 2015, Kaur oversees all operations and growth initiatives for the retail location. Prior to that, Kaur was a Lead Operations Agent at Hallmark Aviation, where responsibilities included supervising staff and managing operational resources. Kaur holds an MBA in Finance from St. John's University and a Bachelor of Science in Airport Management from Vaughn College of Aeronautics and Technology.
