Paul Cutting

Paul Cutting is the Head of Engineering at Upscale, part of The Adaptavist Group, bringing over 25 years of experience in technology. They co-organize Sync the City and have previously served as an Engineering Manager at Adaptavist and the Security & Operations Director at Axon Vibe. Paul has held various roles in software engineering, including Senior Software Engineer at Serco, where they led major projects and team management initiatives. They hold Higher National Diplomas in Computing and a National Diploma in Computer Studies from Norwich City College.
