Director of Front-End Development at UpSellit | Managed Conversion Optimization

Brooks Roche began their work experience as an Economics and Business Alumni Intern at Westmont College in 2009. From January to April 2010, they served as an Editorial Intern at Pacific Coast Business Times. Afterwards, in 2010, they worked as a Copy Editor at The Daily Sound, where they were responsible for editing stories and finalizing the layout of the newspaper. In 2011, they became a Project Manager at Knight Media Networks, where they oversaw multiple web projects and consulted clients on marketing goals. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Front End Developer & Designer at Freelance and BraveHeart Women, designing and developing custom websites. Brooks then joined UpSellit | Conversion Enhancement Solutions in 2015 as a Senior Front-End Developer, where they mentored junior developers and developed web marketing campaigns. In 2018, they were promoted to Director of Front-End Development at UpSellit, where they supervised teams and executed long-term strategies to improve productivity.

Brooks Roche obtained dual Bachelor's degrees in Economics & Business and English from Westmont College, where they attended from 2006 to 2010. In 2009, they also briefly studied at Christopher Newport University, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned during that time.
