Troy Mass

Troy Mass is a seasoned technologist and digital nomad currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Upshop. With a robust background, Troy has held multiple engineering roles at project44, progressing from Software Engineer to Principal Engineer, where they contributed to the architecture of core services and led integration efforts during acquisitions. Earlier in their career, Troy gained experience as a Software Engineer at Uptake and Gogo, focusing on building services and developing middleware solutions. Troy also has academic experience as a Teaching Assistant at the Illinois Institute of Technology, where they assisted students in computer science courses. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering at the same institution.
